Join us as TACFS finishes year two of our Strategy, Training, and Research Consortium (STaRC) on Thursday December 12th at Gladney Center for Adoption in Fort Worth. Year two of STaRC focused on strategic planning. We’ll end our second year with a continuation of the info you need to effectively plan, strategies on how to create/implement strategic plans, and real world examples from TACFS members. In December we'll hear from presentations from:
• Katie Elseth, TACFS CQI Analyst on the "need to know info" from the recently updated FY2019 data
• Jesse Booher, Vice President of Policy and Innovation at TACFS on making sure your strategic efforts having staying power and how to plan in uncertain environments
• Heidi Bruegel Cox and Mark Melson from the Gladney Center for Adoption on working with your Board to be a proactive player in the shifting child welfare landscape.
